My Belief:
I personally believe in my clients’ innate ability to heal and in their capacity to do so. I have a special interest in working with couples and families, but also enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan. I have experience treating those experiencing: marital troubles, depression, anxiety, life transitions, women’s issues, and family issues. I am a collaborative and strength-based Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that therapy goals and techniques are based on the individual’s and/or family’s needs, and I meet them where they are at.
I strongly believe the best therapist will help provide their client with techniques and work on strengthening their support system so they have the correct tools and experience to work through future situations.

My Experience:
I worked at Rogers Memorial Hospital in the Milwaukee area for 9 years and had focused on working with self-harming and passively suicidal teenagers as well as their families. Also, I worked at a clinic downtown Milwaukee where I received advanced training in marriage and family therapy. Through that clinic, I provided therapy services at a homeless shelter. After that, I worked with active military in Alaska addressing the stress of deployment, military life and frequent moves and that impact that had on both the soldiers and their family. I started my private practice in Neenah in 2018 and have been here ever since.
A Little Bit About Me:
I grew up in the Fox Valley area and graduated from Neenah High School. I moved to Milwaukee and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminology from Marquette University. I received my masters from Concordia University in Mequon, WI and received a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Family Therapy Training Institute in Milwaukee.

I am very passionate about my work and really enjoy being a therapist. I am a mom of 2 kids and 1 fur baby. I love reading, experiencing new things, going to concerts and a quiet night at home. I absolutely love traveling and experiencing new cultures and am always interested to learn how they view mental health and go about treating it.
I would feel honored to be your therapist, hear your story, and to be witness to the healthy changes that occur in your life. Please contact me for a 10-15 minute phone consultation.
